Liberdade is a physical theatre company and training provider founded by people with learning disabilities. It’s a company and it’s ours.

Training we offer

We recognise that every group is different we always design our training with you in mind.

We deliver training in the following areas:

• Far Far Away – an amusing and thought provoking show and workshop about leading healthier lives.
• Exercise classes – have fun keeping fit with us

Social enterprise

• Enterprise in 5 – a great five day workshop programme to get your group or company on the road to success

Learning disability awareness

• Interactive training for staff and volunteers

Physical Theatre

• Creative workshops – experience, explore and create using physical and participatory theatre.

We provide our services to other people with learning disabilities and the wider community.
